Shipping Policies

No cancellations will be accepted once your item has been shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS:
  1. We ship using USPS. All our items include tracking (to applicable countries) and insurance.
  2. If you wish to use a different carrier (UPS, FedEx etc.) please e-mail us before placing an order. We will quote you shipping and work something out.
  3. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Once payment has been confirmed and the item shipped, you will receive an e-mail, with a tracking number.
  4. Unless otherwise noted in the listing, all items are made to order. For made to order items, please allow 2-4 days for production and shipping, depending on the item and inventory.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
  1. Please check to make sure your shipping address is correct
  2. If the package is returned as undeliverable or you failed to update your address, you will be responsible for the additional S/H costs.

DELIVERY TIMES
After shipment, arrival days may vary:
  1. First Class Mail:  3-8 business days.
  2. Priority Mail: 2-5 business days.
  3. Overnight/Express Mail: 1-3 business days.
  4. International: 10-60 days.

TRACKING
All our packages include tracking. When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number. Tracking applies to all 50 states and to the following countries:

UNCOLLECTED/ RETURNED PACKAGES:
  1. Depending upon country and postal service, it is possible that your order may be held at the your local post office for pick up rather than delivered straight to your door. This can be done for a variety of reasons including but not limited to when the recipient misses the first attempted delivery. While the postal service will leave notice that delivery was attempted, we strongly encourage buyers to monitor the progress of their order using the tracking information provided.
  2. Packages which have not been collected will eventually be returned to sender. Once the order has been returned to us, there are several options.
  3. Should you wish, we are able to resend the package but it will be necessary for the buyer to pay a second shipping fee. Alternatively, we can cancel the transaction and issue a refund (once we receive the package) for the full purchase price of the item excluding shipping costs. This excludes custom items.

MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES

In most cases, the buyer is responsible for resolving issues with lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. If your package is misdelivered or stolen: 

  • File a claim with the USPS
    • The USPS has a claim-filing systems that can help you track down your package.
  • File a police report
    • You can report the theft to your local police.

If your package is not recovered through the USPS, we will issue a refund for purchases under $100. For orders over $100, please file a police report and provide us with a police report number. We will then issue a refund.


GIFTS:
  1. If you are buying for someone else, we will be happy to include a little note in any orders that are gifts. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS
  1. Customs and tax fees are calculated at checkout. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Domestic shipping rates are based on the weight of the package.
  • Packages between 0.1 to 13 oz are send First Class, with the option to upgrade to Priority Mail.
  • Packages over 13 oz are sent through Priority Mail.
  • Packages over 10 pounds, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote BEFORE your purchase.
